Also referred to as ‘Maxi Skips’, 12 Yard skips are the largest normal skip that we offer – holding roughly 110-120 bin bags. The size of these skips make them useful for commercial renovations and building clearances, generating a huge amount of waste, however, they cannot be hired for use with heavy solid materials such as concrete or soil.

How much can I put in the skip?
You can put as much waste as you can in your skip until it is full - which is the height of the sides. If you overfill your skip then it won't be safe for us to transport, and it can incur extra cost to you.
How long can I have the skip for
Our skips can be kept for up to 3 weeks, however if you know you will require the skip for a longer amount of time then please mention this when you hire. The price does not change regardless of the amount of time the skip is hired for.
What main factors should I consider prior to my Skip Hire?
You must ensure that there is enough accessible space for the skip to be dropped off and collected, along with making sure there are no parked cars on your road that may obstruct our lorries. If you share your driveway with a neighbour then we recommend checking in with them before booking your skip, to avoid any potential tension for you or our team.
